Aya was born in Tokyo, where massaging friends and relations is an integral part of the culture and everyday life. She studied Ki Energy as well as Jikiden Reiki and is also a qualified nurse. As a Massage Therapist & Aromatherapist, she has full ITEC qualifications, passed with Merit. In addition, she trained in specialist pregnancy massage and oncology massage to help cancer patients She is also a qualified Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner and able to treat the deep emotions we have within ourselves.
I met Aya via a friend’s recommendation. I was suffering from pain in my knee at the time, had done a course of physiotherapy, but didn’t get any better. So, having heard about Aya’s techniques, I thought I’d give it a try. And to my amazement, she did absolute magic - my knee recovered completely just after two sessions! Aya took her time during the consultation to grasp what I was looking for and what’s more, she took her time during the massage - it never felt rushed and I often tried so hard to keep awake, but found myself dozing off in complete relaxation. Her techniques are incomparable and I’ve been to many, many spa salons across the country, and must say none came close to Aya’s.
Aya is an extremely caring and knowledgeable
therapist. She is very attentive to the needs of her clients and has a great understanding of both physical and mental aspects of the human body.
